Abstract
Our group focuses on innovating unprecedented material technologies for next-generation products through nanomanufacturing across length scales.
Our core expertise lies in nanomanufacturing, semiconductor fabrication, and data-driven design. By leveraging these capabilities, we aim to develop cutting-edge materials and devices with enhanced performance and functionality. The application areas of our research includes wearable devices, ubiquitous sensors, robotics, quantum electronics, etc. Through interdisciplinary collaboration and advanced manufacturing techniques, we strive to address the pressing challenges in these fields and pave the way for human body digital twins technology.
