Information for Poster Presenters 2020

We’re Going Virtual!
This year’s symposium is a virtual event. Because of this, we will not have the usual in-person poster session. Instead, we will accept electronic versions of your poster in PDF format.
Poster presenters will also have the opportunity to record a summary of their research. Please send links to your video to posters@cerias.purdue.edu
If you are NOT planning on presenting a poster, you are making a mistake!
Here’s why:
- It gets your work in front of members of the academic, public and commercial Infosec communities
- It raises your own profile in this community. Many CERIAS alumni have told us that presenting a poster led directly to career opportunities after graduation
- It makes you eligible for *cash prizes* presented to the best posters

NOTE: You MUST register at the link above. This is the only way we will know you are participating in the virtual poster session.

Send your poster in PDF FORMAT to posters@cerias.purdue.edu
Step 3
(Optional but strongly encouraged). Record a brief video (up to 6mins) in MP4 format. Send a link to download it to posters@cerias.purdue.edu
Suggestions for Recording
Use any of the following: use a mobile device, record with Zoom, or record with WebEx. Upload your video to Google Drive, Dropbox, or Purdue FileLocker.
